Qualification: Graduate (Preferred: B Tech, BCA, B.Sc - Computers)

Experience: 1 year to 6 years

Salary: 12000 to 30000 p.m.

Overview:
Vijaya PH Diagnostic Centre is seeking a skilled and dedicated System Administrator and Networking Specialist to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure. This position will be responsible for overseeing the operation, configuration, and support of our computer systems and networking environment to ensure smooth functioning in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Administration:

• Maintain and support the organizations computer systems, servers, and IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows) and applications.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and resource usage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper backup and data recovery processes for critical information and data storage.
• Perform regular software updates and patch management to ensure security compliance.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access control.
• Provide technical support to internal staff and other users, resolving IT-related issues promptly.

2. Networking and Infrastructure Management:

• Manage and maintain network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Configure and monitor network systems to ensure reliable and efficient data transmission.
• Implement network security protocols and perform regular security audits.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems and performance bottlenecks.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, servers, network management, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems.
• Experience with firewall management, VPNs, and network security.
• Familiarity with backup and recovery software/tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and vendors.
• Manage VPNs, IP addresses, and other remote access tools.
• Optimize and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure for high availability and disaster recovery.

**Candidates should have a bike and should be open to travel across centres in Pune. **

**Should be open to work from office with 6 days working**
