Department : Front Office
Scope : This position holds the following Roles and
Responsibilities in the department of Front Office.

Qualification : Any Graduate


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Receiving patients and generation of requisition slip based on doctor’s prescription, or test requisition form given by the customer/Patient.
• Collection of accurate cash, credit requisition from patients/ customers.
• Check patient readiness for requested tests
• Guide the patient about the tests and rooms / floors to approach for the same.
• In addition to receiving of patients, attending phone calls and answering queries of patients and other customers.
• Follow-up on report status
• Dispatch reports, after confirming right party
• Maintain cash hand-over register, cash & card transaction data and submit it to the branch manager daily

Note : People from Hospitals and Diagnostics will be Preferred
