Trainee Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for various projects.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business process models, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to address business challenges and improve efficiency.
• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Effectively communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech - CS/IT) or a Masters degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and take on new challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Candidate Skillset

• Knowledge of business process modeling and documentation techniques.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, and experience with requirements management tools is a plus.
• Understanding of basic database concepts and ability to interpret data trends.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
