Youre Role: SEO Manager

As the SEO Manager, you will lead the development and execution of search engine optimization strategies to enhance Y-Axiss online visibility. Your expertise will drive organic traffic growth, improve search rankings, and support the companys business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to Y-Axis's goals.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for organic growth.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and site structure for better search performance.
• Monitor and improve website performance metrics, including page speed and user experience.
• Lead technical SEO audits and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-friendly content that aligns with business objectives.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes, SEO trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
• Analyze performance data and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Manage and mentor the SEO team, fostering growth and skill development.

What were looking for

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

4–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven success in driving organic growth and improving search rankings.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong technical SEO skills, including proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms like WordPress and enterprise-level systems.

Soft Skills Required

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
