About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong hands-on background in web development, cloud computing, Salesforce, API integrations, and DevOps. The ideal candidate will play a key role in architecting and developing scalable, efficient, and secure applications that power our advanced tech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React with Next.js, Node.js).
• Cloud Integration: Architect and implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Salesforce & CRM Integration: Integrate Salesforce or other CRM systems with existing platforms to optimize customer data management and enhance business processes.
• API Development & Integration: Develop robust APIs and integrate third-party services, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
• DevOps Practices: Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and Bitbucket for efficient development and deployment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and QA to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Innovation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve system architecture and performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience:  minimum of 6+ years of experience as Senior Software Developer

Skills:

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• Web Development: Proficient in MongoDB, Express.js, React (Next.js), and Node.js.
• Cloud Computing: Solid experience with AWS cloud services.
• Salesforce/CRM: Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• API Integration: Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for debugging complex issues.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Additional Technologies: Knowledge of Drupal, PHP, and Ruby on Rails.
• DevOps Tools: Experience with Bitbucket, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS Bedrock.
• Other Tools: Familiarity with NPM Packages, Jira, Confluence, Postman, and PostgreSQL.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach to continuous learning.
