Mern Full Stack Developer

Job Description

As a Full-Stack Developer TL you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our development team to design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development:
- Develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Utilize front-end frameworklikeas React.js to create dynamic and responsive web applications.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

2. Back-End Development
- Build and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs.
- Integrate with databases (MongoDB) and ensure efficient data management and retrieval.

3. Full-Stack Integration
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Implement authentication and security measures to protect user data.
- Conduct testing and debugging to ensure a high-quality product.

4. Mobile App Development
- Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Integrate mobile apps with back-end services and APIs.
- Ensure mobile applications are optimized for performance and user experience.

5. Project Collaboration
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Document development processes, code, and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications

- Completed a comprehensive full-stack web and app development training program.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React.js.
- Experience with back-end development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Knowledge of database management with MongoDB and Mongoose.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and AJAX.
- Basic understanding of mobile app development with React Native.
- Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with deploying applications using Heroku, Netlify, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of security best practices and authentication mechanisms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends.
