Position Summary:
As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met through seamless service delivery. Your responsibilities include managing EV charging station provisioning, addressing client concerns, and working collaboratively with internal teams to provide timely solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as their trusted advisor.
• Manage client communications and ensure prompt responses through the Freshdesk ticketing system.
• Oversee the provisioning process for EV charging stations and ensure timely updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues effectively.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Create comprehensive reports and documentation to support operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in account management or operational roles, preferably in the EV or technology sector.
• Skills:
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in ticketing systems like Freshdesk and CRM platforms.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation.
• A basic understanding of EV charging technology is a plus.
