Writing this review after my first project experience. started my project on 19th July and completed the project on 4th aug and in 24hrs without any delay the company credited my salary. initially was bit nervous to start the work as many data entry companies won't provide salary on time. Iam working in xtancia technosoft as a Data backup executive for the past 1.7 years, it's a WFH job, so it's helps me to balance both my personal and work life and am well paid my works and efforts are well recognised. Everything. Like, target completion till the date and too much of work pressure and have to complete 150 files per day and within 10 days we have to complete 1500 files… if we can’t finish it, we will not getting the salary. In those 1500 files, if you complete 1499 files at the given time, balance one file is pending means you will not get payment for your completion work.

It is good company. Like as they say they do they work. This company is not fraud . Like so many companies are doing by asking money from people and giving the proper response and work and don’t give salary but this company gives salaries according to the work.

There is too much of work. For college students you can’t do work with studies because it has so much of work to do. You have work for at least 8 hrs a day to complete your targeted work. It is very difficult for you to do with studies.

It's a fake company which is located in isabahani center 7 th floor which is located near mop college , Nungambakkam Chennai They have collected 3800 rupees from me , and scammed me it's for server cost , and they did many things to me , everyone in that company is a cheater definitely they will get caught one day for sure
