Basically I'm not a degree holder and expert in typing . just completed my 12th std with good communication and basic typing skill .i was almost searching for a job for more than 3months and not able to find a single company who can give me an opportunity to work .I was upset and i need a job to survive . And after that i have applied in online portala i got a job update from the xtancia and got an appointment for the interview shedule and i went for the interview without any hope and then i got selected for the data entry role and they have a given a proper training and support. i have started to work slowly and later on picked up speed and completed my project on time. And im happy about my first salary and got motivated and worked regularly and now in month im completing three projects and earning more that 45k in a month. i know i cant get this much salary for my education qualification . thanks xtancia for the wonderful support and training....Read More
