Work life balance is good. Managers are friendly .

Dislikes

HR dept is not upto the mark. No benefits or increment or compensation is given whatsoever. And the relieving procedure is harsh and no respect to the one’s asking for it. The salary for the last days worked is not given at all to the employees leaving. The cafeteria is bad. And the lunch room stinks.

Nothing to like about it! apart from being in center of the city and associated benefits that comes along.

I worked here at a senior position and was there for about 20 months. It was really a terrible experience, as there is no defined processes followed of any kind - people management, software development, or operations. Few individuals run this company the way it is personally beneficial to them and decide on process/practices to their benefits. It is politically maligned environment and management (local/oversees) does not put effort to clean this mess. - Teammates - lots of group-ism exists, if you don't get along, you will be punished. - Training - there is no such culture of skill development here, as it does not make sense for this company, you need only one core skill - politics. - Job security - nothing of that sorts exists here, one will be thrown out immediately if he does not get along with the politically strong people here (irrespective of your capability or contribution). - Career growth - nothing of this sort exists here, as all of them just develop what they are told to. - Politics - DNA of the company is full of it. - Learning - no such scope, may be junior folks can learn programming if they are allowed. - Work environment - not up the standards of a software company, AC exists (but many of them never work), toilets there (but not usable many a times), overall all it is a vintage house turned into a software company building. - Innovation - no scope to be innovative here, you will be killed if you talk about it. - Work-life balance- nothing of that sort exists, as the product is developed so badly, bugs arise and you may need to see late nights to address them. Overall this company does not even qualify to be called as a software org. I will never think of rejoining this company and will never recommend to anyone.
