Too much of work pressure especially during this pandemic situation.. The superior people are so rude to everyone.. Work is given for more than 10 hrs. The female group heads and the AGM never understands anybody's situation even during this crucial time. The female group heads actually doesn't deserve this posting.

Dislikes

Female group heads are so head weighted and not polite to everyone. Too much of work pressure. The AGM does not understand anyones situation. Employees are made to work in all the teams apart from their own team. Even if a small mistake is done , it is considered as a very big issue. This is really a very very bad place to work.

Work Details

The work was quite interesting but the people out there are so cunning and talks behind our back all the time for what ever we do. This place has a majority of people who are manner less.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
