I Like Xpitax Office Culture but Team wise Team Leader Not Helped for Team Members . So Help for Newly Coming person

Pressure less job. Very friendly colleagues. Peaceful environment.

Incentives and rewards are very low and rare. In peak seasons like February, March and April works will be little heavy. Sometimes work timings also extends depends on clients requirements.
