I had very good learning experience with XTSI . Here one can prove his/herself with hard work .The best part here is we interact with other projects as well which provides a good knowledge of business. Here we get onsite opportunities as well which gives a great exposure to our career.I would love to work again with the company.

Growth was good but I was not very happy with the appraisals inspite of I put my best efforts for project smooth functioning as team lead.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
