Joined as a fresher and had a good experience. Learnt new technologies. Had opportunity to work on different cyber security products like Load Balancer, Firewall, WAF, etc. Here you have the chance to work on different cyber security products rather than sticking to only one. Good salary hike.

Not a negative part but most of the time we need to study on our own as there are less trainings.

Very unprofessional HR and management is third class. rude behavior of TL's (Amit Sharma, Amol Bathe & Amit Sail) those never comes to office but using call coordinator Brenda they get all update for engineer. they even count how much time your going to washroom and admin shouts at you if your using extra tissues at washroom. recommend not to join wysetek at any cost. worst culture.

I was being interviewed by the team and the technical interview was taken by Amit who had a sense on how to talk with people. However, Pushkar Penkar is their senior HR and he has no sense on how to talk with people and is very rude. I was ready to negotiate on their minimum salary for this role but I didn't like his behaviour and discarded my application.
