Only one thing, you get your salary and other perks mostly at correct time.

Dislikes

Worst work culture which is completely spoiled by the Egyptian staff. They don't value the sincerely and hard working staff and they go to any limit in corruption. Cheating the management and blaming others, especially Indian and non Muslim staff. I highly recommend not to join the company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Poor supervison on retail fuel station staffs From management, so, the retail fuel station manager use this chance to be too lazy and supress their staff and squeeze out from staffs in unprofessional ways and senior staffs bossing around and do nothing than sitting and roaming here and there and if any chance to get free perks From bottem level staffs they are jump on that like wolves to full fill their needs From staffs (like free gifts ) finally good company with unprofessional station managers.
