Poor supervison on retail fuel station staffs From management, so, the retail fuel station manager use this chance to be too lazy and supress their staff and squeeze out from staffs in unprofessional ways and senior staffs bossing around and do nothing than sitting and roaming here and there and if any chance to get free perks From bottem level staffs they are jump on that like wolves to full fill their needs From staffs (like free gifts ) finally good company with unprofessional station managers. Only suffer basic position staffs mostly....Read More
