Bad politics ,the manager supports tech lead, the tech lead support her/his favorite associate only. If you are newly onboarded to that project he will humiliate you, The tech lead will work with his favorites associate and ask you to work independently causing huge discrimination. I have experienced a great Technical and Inter Personal Advancement working in Wonderbotz. There is a great Work Life Balance and the Management supports it's Employees with various opportunities to improve both the employee as well as company.

Wonderbotz is moving ahead with great scope of Technological Advancement and the growth of its Employees both Technically and Financially. I suggest to continue the same.

One thing that I really appreciate about WonderBotz is their cross-platform training programs. Every employee in the organization gets the opportunity to get their hands on with various RPA tools.

Wonderbotz can improve their management and also should implement some disciplinary actions against employees who does not follow proper work culture and maintain professionalism at workplace.
