Management is the worst. Even the senior managers are irresponsible. Nobody takes responsibility of the work. Company policy is like slavery.

Dislikes

Lot of politics and management issue. No workflow and management process. People like to run off from the responsibilities and blame game is the Friday fun for them.

I won't suggest anyone to join this company, there is no proper management, top to bottom management are pathetic, there is no decision making, no job security, 12-14 hours daily working, no OT jo increment no promotions management HR doesn't bother, about 70 percentage employees left.

It is the worst company to work with. Poor and unethical work culture. No learning path. If u join this company than u might be playing with ur carrier and life. Uneducated management, as they only higher their known people. U will lose ur skills set while working here. I have 3 years of experience with this company. But yes if u want to enjoy and chill out than this is the best place.

Work Details

No work here, u can sit idle for hour and hours. Manager also don’t have any work apart from sharing there family and friends story . Bcoz they always keep fools around them. 3-5 employees work they have hired 10 . So I hope u got my point.
