They pay very low amount in compensation when it comes to night shift allowance, OT and that too you will have to apply within a timescale which is a tedious job as your working hours are not recorded properly so first you need to record it and wait to get updated and then apply for the compensation for each day separately</mark>. They will ask to cancel your paid leave anytime and will force you to do OT failing which, the management will not behave properly with you. Your requests will not get approved and am you will not get ample support. There is nothing to like about company, i know they was paying salary , I am thankful that's salary is on time.

You have to login on time but there is no logout time you have to give full hrs a day, they will call at any time and say you have to complete it right now, means after shift or at night at any time. Because of that we are not able to give time to family. After giving full time to company,giving accuracy and dedication about the work then also they will not giving incentive and promotion as per policy period. The incentives are there but managers will not disclose it. Because of compulsion ( majburi) no employee will disclose anything. Managers will do video call and check whether their is power cut or not. If their is network issue also they'll blame employee. Tower PE chadh k network thik karenge kya employees. If anyone will raise voice, process of revenge will start from manager side. HR head,process head,managers ,team leaders can call you anytime 24*7 and ask you to login. Well girls are given more importance but if she rejects higher authority for going out for parties,then she'll will be screwed up for small small reasons.WNS is all about revenge system. If you do not co operate your managers for going out and for parties,fir wo band Baja denge. Girls and ladies who opens up with higher authority gets promoted easily, chahe kuch knowledge ho ya na ho. The management doesn't understand the importance of the employee untill he is on the verge of resignation. Salary is the lowest when compared to it's competitors. No additional perks provided for your hard work and dedication apart from your regular job routine.
