Company is really good, but people around in the company make's the place best to work, which was missing, groupism is the culture followed which makes the place for many employees horrible to work, we lose our own dignity, because job will be so important, that we bend our self to the extent, we lose self respect, nothing against the company.

I worked for WNS for two and a half years this was the first call centre I enjoyed going to work the training given for the process I was in was fantastic family kind of atmosphere good incentives

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
