Job Description:

Requirement skill sets / background :

- 7+ years in consumer market research/ marketing analytics , team management, senior stakeholder management

- Responsibilities - Lead a team of 2-3 analysts to deliver analytical solutions for client business problems by leveraging Usage & Attitude/ Habits & Practices data, Brand Health/ Equity studies, Concept Product testing, Point of Sale/ Sales data etc

- Oversee operations of planning and executing the project work streams from proposalexecution; ensure quality control across the entire delivery chainGuide the team to perform meta-analysis - view the client business problem from every angle and create analysis plans leveraging and integrating multiple relevant datasets to address the problem

- Respond to client briefs with detailed and well thought out proposals

- Develop a complete understanding of the client's business environment, goal, challenges etc - proactively identify areas where WNS can provide solutions and create proposals for the same.

Qualifications - MBA.
