One of the worst organisation to work for, senior leaders are so pathetic , you will not know your KRA’s and towards the end of year when you get your rating thr will be no discussion on it.No vision, you are treated as slave.

Dislikes

How seniors play politics around and not let their juniors grow, zero investment into skills set.They judge you for every email you share ,every word they speak…they will never guide you but will always shame you infront of crowd.They make fun of you and your salary and position

Pathetic, no leaves are granted. You have to beg for your earned leaves.
