Currently I work in here, a year back the organisation was good and had a healthy relationship with employees, currently it has become a dislike for all the employees due to money minded managers and leadership team in all services.

Dislikes

Leadership will decide the project, hike, notice period,.etc. If they don't have a requirement they will accept or fire you immediately, but if they have a requirement even if your not willing to do, they force you. So employees who prefer career growth over money, please consider and think.

One of the worst ever exit one can think about. Got to know 15 days before that project is over and now I need to resign ,no response from HR and project coordinators

Manager and all VP alo talking in telgu but professional language is english only but still they will speack there local languages and also at the time of appricial they will give good hike to there community peoples only not to other peoples
