There is complete support for employees who are transparent, accessible, and honest.

Sometimes there is workload and pressure with no proper structure of comp-off or advantages for working on weekends, and still, we have to work on weekends. This has also taught me how to manage my tasks and prioritize work. Senior colleagues must be more specific to some tech stack to help with problems.
