Very Good learning curve for Entry level or freshers. Salary and other benefits are very good but see dislikes.

For assembly Engineer - 1. Work life balance is very very terrible...No value for personal issues neither family nor health issues acceptable here. Only extra work. 2. On paper work timing is 9:15 hrs but actual 11hrs daily. No extra benefits. 3. Forcing people to do work extra if not worked extra then growth will stop. You can notcomplaint to HR it is waste of time. 4. Only Sunday holiday for daily 9:15 hrs of working for assembly people. For Others sat and Sunday off. 5. Only name Wipro Pari but culture is same as old PARI. Very terrible language from seniors/HOD. 6. If you have strong reference then u can join any time. Others will face monopoly issue....Read More

Nice Company. IN time and OUT timing is need to be sharp , OUT time need to sharp mostly, Currently No extra hours mony service Provide, but Company need to support people who are giving the extra hours to the work. Thank you.

In City Office events are not celebrate that much Intensity, but only for last 1 hours of that day. So need to improve and need to make office life more casual, And on dayli if your going on time at evening on 6:15pm Your team lead will stop you and Won't send you untile 7:30pm to 8:00 pm

Harassing work culture, torturing with employees, Create troubles to resigned employees.. don't bother where employee work for them for 4, 5 years.. they don't give clearance easily.. create hurdles & very loose & rude talking with Technical people on which entire business is running.
