Everything is nice. Mediclaim insurance is nice. 15000 money for seeing doctors in a year is nice. Free travel and hotel for some days during transfer is nice. Salary is also decent. Some projects are very nice, though I was not fortunate.

Dislikes

Yearly hike is very bad, for freshers especially. Changing projects internally is near to impossible. It is fat easy to change company. That was my reason for leaving.

Work Details

Work life balance is good. If you are getting pressurised and feel there should be more people in the project. You should tell that to your project manager and not to your friends, right?

Wipro focusses on learning and provides you variety or trainings and courses. Though a real environment would be much helpful. In Wipro, life was easy as there is almost all information/ application in one single portal/site. Few managers were helpful and motivational and few exploited the power they had. Appraisal and hikes in Wipro is too poor. If you want good and hard working people to stay(only if the company wants) provide them with good hikes. If they get good money, they won't even think of leaving the company as it's a good company. Opportunities should be made on performance basis and not reachability to managers and false display of work.
