Nothing , typical Indian company with no culture values

Dislikes

Culture Everybody will blame and pass their work one to other Work life balance is zero You will not able to understand the designations hierarchy , reporting structure is a mess , every person is either is a delivery head or Sr manager (whether they are not actually working on same position) Worst part is HR , you need to put your patience at top level to deal with these people Overall keep your last option to join this company...Read More

Likes

My time at Internal Audit department was really good. Good culture over there but business roles are messed up by bad leadership. Young people and good band mix

Dislikes

Different departments carry different culture but in business finance culture is worst. No KT. So you're expected to know wipro from the very 1st day.
