I Suggest not to waste your time. These are penny company so you can't expect perfection from them in any area . People are rude and not genuine. Focused towards clients satisfaction only and at the end client as well as employee both are unsatisfied..... This is the beauty. And one more thing what ever are telling in interview reating to office timing and other stuffs are complete lie except you paycheck. Join at your own risk ...... They will make you cry i can bet $100....Read More

No fixed office timing. And also there is no overtime payment. People are rude . Management is a big liar. Experienced bad office politics.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
