There is no skill development in this organisation, they don't give opportunity to the employees to excel their caliber. They dont care about your time and work-life balance. The management gives unachievable project estimations, ETAs and dealines which can never be met. That's why the person has to work under pressure everyday. No proper use of tools. Company is very good In some BU's (lA) Managers, team leaders, cordinator Team is not good. They aren't out from collage. There is no professionalism. Gavthi behaviour.

Some Managers and project coordinator not experienced with no manners how to handle the team and what level to be pressurized. We are not working in company feel working under the manager's. They don't have talking sense, Not following the SOP's. Due to falls commitment by them to client, all the team suffering, with mentally stressed with streching working hours, Normally here is 11 to 12 normal working hours. Forget here work and personal life balance. Company is good, but the coordinators Managers team leaders mentally not grown. We advise to company to provide the training to them.
