Work Culture is best.Reporting to senior and Hierarchy is unbelievable. A employee is always free to take decision for their respective site but the action should be correct. You can utilize your power given by the company.

Dislikes

Local Vendors creates problems in working. ROWs are hectic in the company.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
