Seniors always ready to help and share their knowledge to new employees and guide them. Company understands need of employees and tries to fullfil them.

Dislikes

If Food and accommodation facility was provided most of the employees may survive longer.

Machine technology is very good and error free, training culture is best in new employees knowledge increase

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow and work pressure is very high. I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as l have to attend machine and manage all vehicles, utilization of man power, material requirements full fill or all over site management but they mostly go unnoticed.

Work Details

Generally speaking, My work is slightly challenging as work on height 75 meter or heavy machinery, high voltage area and very dangerous to climb on windmills machine so hard work. Take all responsibility of site level, manage all type activities .

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
