Nothing as such, not a good company to work with. Very poor work culture, too much of politics. Company policy is only in papers nothing in practical.

HR, IT and the Management, no proper structure in any of the department. Will not any support from the Management. Worst Finance team, in fact they don't have anything like that. They have outsourced everything thing to Grey HR. It is a disaster. No Job Security. No training at all whether that is for process orientated training or personal learning. Payment is on time. Staff are supportive along with client staff.

Management is not supportive they use people for their pendency. There is no job security ( they will fire you with new tone saying " we have lot of eligible candidates) and will harrash you for the job for which ur not appointed untill they make u leave ur work. Actually hard working employees are not encouraged and people who gossip along with team lead/manager are given preference. Management hr all are hand in gloves. There is no professionalism in a corporate environment. There is lots of politics. Williams lea is a good company but there are some people on managerial position they think as if they own Williams lea.
