Nothing as such, not a good company to work with. Very poor work culture, too much of politics. Company policy is only in papers nothing in practical.

HR, IT and the Management, no proper structure in any of the department. Will not any support from the Management. Worst Finance team, in fact they don't have anything like that. They have outsourced everything thing to Grey HR. It is a disaster. No Job Security. No training at all whether that is for process orientated training or personal learning. My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
