Company culture is poor since they believe in firing people instead of finding solution. HR doesn't focus on grooming people's skills from time to time. They do not bother what employees goes through instead they are dependent only on few Sr. Employees. I was not well and i tool the medical leave and take work from home. But they forcing me to report to office. This is very bad I already share all the medical documents but still they are doing like this. They have disturbed me mentally. Worst company
