The company in a good combination of product development and service based project work. It is a wonderful place to explore updated technology and drive your path. MEAN, MERN, CI and all other Opensource technology can be explored in great way.

Dislikes

It is more like a family environment. Not as strict process restrictions like other companies.

Work Details

It was a fascinating journey. Immense scope to learn, implement. The reporting persons are highly cooperative. It gave me the scope to create vertical of product development. I worked 11 years with steady growth

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

The company is great for freshers. The work environment is just awesome. The director , PM, and the branch manager is really helpful. Employees are co operative. My colleagues work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is great but growth is slow. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths.

My designation is HR executive here, but I used to do recruitment, managing payroll, time sheet management, activity generation etc.

worst company, salary delay, and once u leave company then dont provide the full and final settlement. even u have document for full and final payment, still not give you payment.
