I can’t think of any good.. Except the food facility

This organisation is hiring to fire. If you don’t stand to their unrealistic expectations they will remove you or scare you mentally. There is no proper training at all. They ask you to go to their LMS and complete the training and then they test you which is horrible. They expect you to be 100 % which is not possible with just slides and videos of the product! Everyone are just busy with their project and doesn’t really give you any attention if you ask for a doubt. The culture is like college freshers which just makes it so immature The manager is pressurised on giving feedback which is rude to any new employee. They hire but don’t even train properly and then expect to perform 100% in assessment. Poor hiring strategies....Read More

Nothing, company portrays to be a medium sized startup but is rigged from the inside. People hate and keep eyes on you always managers are jealous. They can remove you during your training time as well, there is no job security at Whatfix.

Dislikes

Can’t say much. Kindly read each and every point on offer letter. They manipulate people with high salaries and then remove them with 7 days notice period without any severance to them. Onboarding and recruitment team also doesn’t give a shit about the employees they are just doing their targets to hire people irrespective of who you are what backgrounds you have.

Not so transparent HR, complex pay structure, there is a great depart from your CTC and in hand salary. Unwanted components in the CTC will reduce your in hand salary. Reward program is a joke, if you are a boss pet, you'll get a reward or forget it. Appraisal is a joke. Getting permission to work from home for a day is hassel. No option for Hybrid. leadership is losing focus on quality of the product. Very few remaining senior members are carrying all the load to keep the product alive.
