I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing, company portrays to be a medium sized startup but is rigged from the inside. People hate and keep eyes on you always managers are jealous. They can remove you during your training time as well, there is no job security at Whatfix.

Dislikes

Can’t say much. Kindly read each and every point on offer letter. They manipulate people with high salaries and then remove them with 7 days notice period without any severance to them. Onboarding and recruitment team also doesn’t give a shit about the employees they are just doing their targets to hire people irrespective of who you are what backgrounds you have.
