Worst company I ever working. HR are to irresponsible and incompetent whenever I connect to them regarding any issues they just passing the mail to each other and playing blaming game. The only perks are the Incentives you get if your candidate joins.

The company has recently completed 21 years but still functions worse than a 1 year old start up. No processes are streamlined. This job gave me grave depression and anxiety. The management is horrible. And the HR team is ignorant and negligent. The Higher ups are very unprofessional and don't even respond to your alarming emails. Work life balance does not even remotely exist here.
