Thier managers are rasist and they have own lobby. where LOB head to junior managers are supporting each other. If anybody have any issue with her or his manager nobody will help you even if you complain to HR or sr. Managet . Then you will face heat. HR department is for name sake they dont have powet . thet are puppet of managers. People we get benefit if you are managers favourite

Now wellsfargo is ok cost cutting mode. As per the global survey wells listed top and one of the best companies but they started layoffs, downsized the benefits, micro monitoring and management has become so toxic.

In my 12 year of exp, one of the wrost org i worked. They hired idiot managers who don't know what team is doing, you will get any thing to work which is not even your skillset. I can say toxic company now, earlier its very good. Even all benifit company stopped.many people leaving

Wells Fargo hires in bulk based on the signals they get from their senior leadership . They will hire you for whatever technology you are skilled with. However, once hired if you are a programmer, you can forget about coding. They have removed all the QAs, but entire work in Wells Fargo is focused on testing.So, as a coder, you willalso be doing testing only mostly then when time comes for cost-cutting, be ready to be kicked out. If you want to grow in your career and want to work on new technologies, stay away from this company, you will not learn new things and when you will be asked to leave, you’ll have hard time finding new job. Managers have no idea what is happening, why they are hired for and gets scared of their own job leading to blaming the team and some unlucky once suffers. It not the same Wells Fargo now lot changed and many employees were let go during covid time. Sad thing QA Testing is moved under operations now.

I personally don't like anything in working with wellsfargo. Below are the changes I observer in wellsfargo 1.internet bill reimbursement amount (1180 rupees) removed. 2.Leave encashment removed 3.car lease removed 4.promation not giving at all 5.forcing people to put into pip.

Lot of things. The LOB which I worked, things were all messy. No proper planning of the projects. Lot of people work here to showoff without working and sadly that worked for recognition. The one who really works, will not get recognition mostly. It is not employee centric. No much benefits to employee except pay

Learning curve is good. Hikes and bonus is also very good. Flexible time and hybrid model

Dislikes

No work life balance. Very short deadlines and need to meet targets. Working on weekends also well to meet the deadlines. Full of politics and can't even able to tolerate the team. Micro monitoring is too much from manager to lead level. Complete restriction over timings at team level.
