I worked as a tech support agent, where end users have no patience at all and they behave as if agent is a slave to them, though Wells Fargo says every employee have equal importance. Thanks to Wells fargo, It gave me so many nightmares. Yes you can join in Wells Fargo as a software engineer/developer or in any other role who can shout on agent.
