1. All managers are non technical. 2. Nepotism and connection for old team members works, new managers are always subsided. 3. Everyone is AVP now. From 6 years to 15 years experience. Wrong job family allocation. 4. There is biasness in decisions. 5. US team moving towards technical but India have non technical manager, now VPs, are non technical and they do not let technical people grow. 6. Common goal of organization is missing, only meetings no outcomes. Creativity and talent have no place here. 7. Company is 5 to 10 year behind other organization. 8. The company culture is screwed and with the change in management , cost cutting mean layoffs that's their strategy. They cannot have a thought process or do they know what they want to do. They does not have any goal or they have strategy or the go forward plan.
