I was into different team previously. The manager was the king of micromanagement and he has two boot lickers and those people always takes other's credit. Environment was too bad and entire team dissolved because people left that manager.

Managers disrespect their resources, false allegations in mid and year end reviews to put them in PIP and silent layoffs.
