Work culture and motivation we get by senior management is very useful to build up career. We get motivation to learn and explore ourselves in different technologies.

Dislikes

For the role which I am working they didn't provide yearly bonus which I was expecting as a compensation. But if they provide the hike percentage atleast 2-3 percent higher then that would be fine. Only one disappointment is we don't get yearly bonus.

Work Details

I started working from Aug 2020 so learning and exploring more in the Organization. Hope to work more years in the Organization.
