I work on tickets related to an identity access management and resolve risk associated issues. Everyday issue is different and I have to trace back the root cause of the issue, how can I solve the problem or what is the alternative etc.

1. Great company with great legacy but scandals after scandals in USA is finally hitting Indian shores 2. Junk of people laid off or fired from other companies are joining here and spoiling the existing environment 3. Most useless department in the past and present is the HR, which exists only as a namesake. Final say on pay, hike, layoffs, behavioral issues always lies with the reporting manager 4. So once you are at odds with your reporting manager they will make your life hell or if you are in their good books everything will be ignored 5.
