Wells Fargo provide job security, the work life balance is good. Few processes are excellent in terms of everything and few processes do not have scope of growth at all.

Dislikes

Although Wells Fargo as company do not encourage it but there are people who have taken over Wells Fargo. During promotions and IJP, few people fill the process with their own people. From top to bottom, such thing exist. It becomes really important to please them even if you don't interact with people, it becomes draw back for you.
