If you are aspiring software developer , never join this company. Old technologies lots of politics . Leaders are presenting small things as like they developed something as CERN. You't be able upgrade any skill . They are using on-prem servers no cloud and no sign of it in near future. If some manager is saying he will use cloud, he is faking.

Job security is always a concern since 2023, layoff's for silly & false reasons like medibuddy claims, PIP ( providing below average rating to good resource just because managers didn't like them personally) . Work life balance is very poor. Managers are just puppets of US authorities and they behave rude with their reportees. Appraisals are not so good since 2022.
