Switch from new company within 1 month
I was previously working with Big MNC for 3 years but there was a support project so I switched to a small startup company. Now 2 weeks after joining I realised I am at the wrong place. I am not satisfied with the work and culture. I want to move out, it's been only 15 days of joining.
How to tackle this situation while applying to new companies.

15 days is short, so it's understandable, but avoid jumping from one job to another too quickly in the future.
Companies value stability, so explain why this new opportunity will be a better long-term fit.

Listen, In interviews, you can mention that you made the switch in search of more meaningful work, but after joining, you realized the role wasn’t a good fit for your career growth.

Hey, keep prepping for those interviews, go for them, and if you find something cool and fitting, jump ship. If you're still on probation, your notice period will be shorter. And seriously, don't just disappear.
