Dislikes

Cons: company has good values in place but very little implementation. Company isn't the problem but people are. Very little team building activities and unhealthy competition between teams. No knowledge is shared within team mates.

Work Details

It has been an amazing journey throughout my term in Wells Fargo. Lot of learning opportunities. Only reason to leave were the people around. Company should invest on incorporating it's culture into it's daily work life as well.

Underpaid so need suggestions

I have a around 14 years of experience in ISP/Telecom company. In my previous company I spend almost 13 years I joint as BDO and left company with position of Head of Business Operations. As company was small and due to competition, Company started to lose customers and so I Decided to leave the company, I joint one of big Telco now but my fixed CTC is 11,56,000. Below is my Academic Background BMS Graduate passed - 2010 Diploma in Marketing Mangt - 2011 PGP in Management- 2022 Global MBA - 2023 Please suggest me what I should demand in My coming opportunity and what is my actual Market Value?
