Only few teams follow/adhere to timings helping in maintaining ,the weekly ‘in office’ others leave with 4-5 hrs of ‘in office’. Organisation should enforce it across all teams min 7 hrs in office.

Company is completely looking cost cutting and starting basic cab facilities to providing basic benefits to employees, everything has been cutoff and there are always finding new wats to fire people. Ethics of Wells Fargo has been drastically gown down in the last few years.

There is no skill development. It is good to work there if you are experienced enough and want a very good work-life balance. The laptops are very slow, and you will get useless mandatory courses to complete every month.

Great company to work with. Good wor life balance. There are a lot of resources where you can learn yourself. Work pressure is medium. Higher standards of work.

Too much manual intervention even if things are automated and have effective tracking. Lack of effective communication with Management.

Managers disrespect their resources, false allegations in mid and year end reviews to put them in PIP and silent layoffs. Don't higher good candidates for short duration of you can't pay them what they deserve. Manager's are very toxic, behave like son in law's of company. Old tech stack, least learning, workmlife balance is just an outside hype here.
