The location is conveniently located and there’s a hybrid policy, lots of flexibility to come and go as you please. Colleagues are very understanding, work is a tremendous and you get to learn a lot.

Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Too much micromanagement here in India, managers make it a pain to get a leave, too much internal bureaucracy that seems wasteful. Lots of pressure from local management to attend BS meetings that you learn nothing from. No talent mobility across other Wells Fargo locations internationally. No job growth until you commit for 5-7 years. Salary growth is also minimal.

Work policy: 3 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
